Our story

Growing up in a business‑oriented family, Zsanett Marmanidis was always drawn to real estate and construction. From helping with condo remodels to learning the importance of sales and service, she developed a passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces. Today, she is a licensed Realtor® in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, hungary and a general contractor in her family‑owned construction company. Alongside her team—Laura Ferreira and Angelina Morales—Zsanett brings dedication, experience, and multilingual support to clients across the U.S. and beyond. Together, they’re committed to making every transaction smooth, stress‑free, and successful.

A lifelong entrepreneur, Zsanett merges her passion for real estate with hands‑on construction expertise. As a Realtor® and general contractor, she manages transactions and renovations under one roof. She loves traveling, staying active, and exploring new opportunities. Her goal is to create lasting relationships while helping clients make smart moves.

Laura began her career as a CPA, building a strong foundation in tax, accounting, and finance. She brings financial acumen to every transaction, empowering clients to make informed decisions. A passionate advocate for rescue dogs and mental health, she donates a portion of every commission to animal shelters and mental health initiatives. Laura loves traveling, skiing with her husband Chris, and spending time with their rescue dog, Charlie.
