If I could give Zsanett 10 stars I would. She sold a tear down house for me for my neighbor who passed away. I was able to pay off his reverse mortgage and a little bit of money left for his burial expense. Zsanett saw the right buyer at our open house and she focused in and walked him through any and all questions he had about the property. She remained focused on keeping in touch with the potential buyer and closed the sale in 2 weeks. This was not a conventional bank kind of sale and Zsanett pivoted perfectly to keep the right suited buyer interested until the house was sold.
